Argh this is tempting! Is the Alfa 4C any good in terms of handling, reliability etc? Deal seems too good, and as my Golf R is going back on Monday (i may start crying...) it might fill a void...

Although this Aston offer is tempting too!

This is why I really really need to stop reading this thread..... Had I not signed up for the Scirocco, I would have been all over that! Damnit!
haha just do it! I currently have a Golf R, Passat Alltrack....and now potentially a 4c...

I may have a problem...

That's not bad for Aston, 22K overall but it's business only, without VAT.

What is a balanced payment plan?

And what does this mean - "No VAT - There are no VAT payments on Balanced Payment Plans"

Just had this come through from 21st Century Motors

Not sure if its good or not though. The 115s looked cheap.

Seems to be a kind of dodgy PCP, but where the interest rate isn't fixed - note there's no mention of APR...
frown

"Finance agreements will not have the protection otherwise available under the Consumer Credit Act." !!!

No VAT coz you're just borrowing money, not leasing a car.

Thanks. Total price (personal) is thus £6193 for 2 years at 6000 mpa on 3+23. List price is £24,400 so about 25%.

I think, from browsing the sage words of others here, that's 'on the money' without being exceptional?

A return to form for the board.

Makes a lovely change from the VAG and Asian snotters that some seem to get very excited by...

You can get an Octavia vRS TDi DSG for less than that. Far more car and kit for the money.

Thanks for that link, I am looking at a Skoda Superb Sport line at the moment, and their prices look pretty good. Unfortunately I will do around 25-30k miles a year, so the excess mileage might hit me hard.

Anyone know of any good deals on the Superb with higher annual mileage?

Thanks

Rich

Ask brokers/dealers for quotes for higher miles and also check what's excess miles cost. It could be worth paying for excess at the end rather than upfront. Also with VW and Audi, VWFS was selling extra miles at 50% discount during the contract. Not sure if it works the same for Skoda.

Thanks, that is really helpful, I will check with Skoda direct as well.

The deals above are a lot better than they were just a couple of weeks or so ago. Would have perhaps been tempted by some of those.

Try running those prices by some Seat dealers, I'll bet you can match or beat them.
