Dog friendly 997 replacement
Discussion
Evening
Struggling to justify keeping my 997 at the moment. Great car but too much overlap with m4 that I use day to day.
I could just about justify trading it in for something dog friendly
Something like a z3m would have been ideal but I don’t really want to put that much cash in (fact that the dog would not fit in a z3m is a mere detail to be glossed over)
Will be keeping FFRR which is the main dog car
Budget is £15-20k
Fairly open minded so long as interesting and fun in one way or another.
Any ideas gratefully received
Cheers

Good suggestions thanks
Had considered cls63 / c63 and an rs3
Still possibilities
Ideally wanted something older as it will only be used occasionally but struggling to think of anything affordable (escort cosworth / Integrale etc may have fit the bill when they were still useable / affordable)
Can you get a decent cls63 for £20k?

As in a z4m coupe?
He’s a bit bigger than a lab but it would be very occasional / short trips
Yep, Z4 M Coupe. You could get one for your budget. I had a Z3 M Coupe for a while - brilliant car - I can't imagine the boot being any smaller in the Z4. He’s a bit bigger than a lab but it would be very occasional / short trips
Audi RS4 (B7) or Volvo 850R might also fit the bill.

If a Z4M is in the mix then I'd say take a look at the 370Z Nismo, these are cracking drivers car & have a similar boot to the Z4:
