'Luxury' mile muncher
Discussion
Hi all
Looking for a bit of advice and opinion from the PH faithful. Doing about 20k per year for work/personal and I've previously had a work van and a weekend car, but now looking to combine the two and get a 'luxury' car to do both. Would likely run this car as my sole car for around 2/3 years.
Requirements are fairly loose:
- Company pays for all fuel when commuting so not bothered about MPG/efficiency.
- Nothing less than 6 cylinders and preferably a petrol.
- Budget up to £22,500.
- As much power and refinement (excessive road noise is a real hate of mine) as I can get for the money.
- 2010/2011 is probably as old as I would like to go, exceptions can be made on this though.
Obviously there are the usual contenders like 5 series etc, just wondering if I've missed any slightly more unusual/more interesting options?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the swift replies all.
Now, is there anything that should stop me going out and getting one of those S Classes today ?
In all seriousness, the S Class or an SL probably represents the exact sort of car I am after, so it looks like finding the perfect one will be order of the day for the foreseeable future.
