Warm / hot hatch recommendations

So my 30yr old sister currently drives a 65plate DS3, this is due for replacement very soon.

Looking to spend on pcp around £250 pcm or personal loan £12500 new as possible probably 3 or 4 yrs old.

Having never been a small hatch person (I drive a Ford F-150).

Just to update, we picked up this last week. Late 2014, one owner.

Carbon Red edition

15,500 miles

The previous owner had mats over the special edition mats, clear coating over the scuff plates of lower part of the doors.
It really is factory fresh.
