BCA Assured Reports not by RAC?

Just had a look at a couple of cars on BCA's website and noticed the condition reports are now prepared by the RAC rather than the AA. Just wondering when this changed? I presume the tender went to the lowest bidder?

Could you not kick it back to them under their assured scheme?
