Looking at the PH front page and the current auctions there’s the XKR 5.0 Supercharged that looks like a good example. Except it hasn’t received a single bid.

Are they that unloved? AFAIK they’re not particularly unreliable, but perhaps are a bit behind the times, even when originally released as a development of the previous XKR but to see a supercharged V8 two seater sports car with no bids at all seems strange. Surely a car like that, brawn and beauty should be in demand in these increasingly electrified days? What gives?

(Wasn’t entirely sure where to put this as there’s no section for discussing cars up for auction.)

A bid! £3,000! Reserve not met. I suspect it won’t sell.

We have another bid! £5k now, reserve still not met. I suspect this won't sell, as have a few others under auction since the feature was launched.

We have another bid! £5,600! Still not hit the Reserve which you'd have to expect to be £13-£15k.

Feels like the seller is dreaming if a bid of £14.6k is still below reserve given all the potential pitfalls and additional fees. As said above, why take the risk at this price?
