Right, if people are going to start talking about semantics of the English Language, all read this

ac·ci·dent (ãk'sĭ-dənt, -dĕnt')
n.
  • An unexpected and undesirable event, especially one resulting in damage or harm: car accidents on icy roads.
  • An unforeseen incident: A series of happy accidents led to his promotion.
  • An instance of involuntary urination or defecation in one's clothing.
  • Lack of intention; chance: ran into an old friend by accident.
  • Logic. A circumstance or attribute that is not essential to the nature of something.
It was an accident. End of.

Thank you. Good night.

While I think of it thanks to those of you for the heads up with the insurance. Yes I had kind of figured it would go up as they will load it but at least I will still have full no claims to off set some of the cost. thumbup

Maybe because it's an open forum on a car enthusiasts' web site? Just a hunch.

Owners of some of the cars on here with their own sections (not just Nobles by the way) do sometimes seem to forget that non-owners can still be interested, can still be keen to ask questions and can still be curious about the cars without actually owning them. They might even say stupid things sometimes.

Don't you remember the days when you pored over information, brochures and under the bonnets of your dream cars at shows etc? Weren't you just a lurker then? N.B. I don't mean "you" personally, I mean car enthusiasts generally.

You've only got to look at Flemke's threads in General Gassing to see that some people understand that there are all kinds of car enthusiasts. He's never made an issue of a single question he's been asked and has never been anything but polite to those who ask questions.

Lighten up!

Mini-rant over.

Probably because a Noble is one of the best cars on the road...and when you compare it to similarly priced/speced cars there's nothing comes close biggrin
