Rad has sprung a leak due to damage to the core , looks like it can be repaired but I would rather replace with a new one . No fault of pro alloy !!!! It's been fitted 5 years and done a shed load of track days and TA races .
just wondered, I think they get blocked easily and loose efficiency,Adrian W said:

Maybe it's me, but I think my car runs hotter than it should, I've flushed the rad and all seemed as it should, I suppose the correct way to check is to find out the capacity and then see how much it takes, the only other thing is the water pump, the way to go now is a BMW electric pump, cant remember which oneA bi-annual coolant change should be enough to stop any sludge build up and if it's anything else blocking a rad then it may be some hoses perishing from inside out.
