Not a bad question and not too much difference - 3r has:

Improved soundproofing
Covered headlights
6-speed gearbox and LSD (later models)
Different road wheels

Now what have I forgotten?

Don't forget the little alcantara-clad padded bits on the passenger side dash. Very Important they are !
