Going to try one more time to get a load of us together.
If this dont work, I am giving up. smile
Format WILL be, meet up, talk, hoon, food, home.

Meet point somewhere in the midlands as us southerners don¡¦t like driving too far North.

Same format as the ¡§flood meet¡¨ Hotel the night before for people driving from afar, or the rest who just fancy stuffing our faces, having a few beers and talking bks all night.

Meet point the following day will be the Hotel (giving me a chance to stuff my face with a full English), moving off for the hoon around 10.30. lasting a couple of hours or so.Will also (if there is anyone interested) try to organize it like last time so that people coming on the day can join us for breakfast.

Will be providing a Tomtom route for the hoon to make things simple(hopefully), with the finish point being a pub with a big car park that does ok food.

Date, as it is getting close I am going to suggest early-Mid August or the 27th July.
August 10th or July27th being ideal for me. But could do the 17th.

Ex owners are also welcome (before you ask Ash smile )

So who is coming?

Alex S July 27th August 10th or 17th.

(edited to keep Ash happy)

I'm at Brunters on Tuesday, was going to have a chat with Matt and see what's what, mainly what a group of us would be allowed to do.
Also Cost?
Cheers

Might be an issue for people without a track sump.
Just a thought.
TBH I am not that interesated in doing a full track thing, however the first option looks good.
Guess it is up to the majority. If someone wants to do the orginising then feel free.

It'd be great if we could get more together than Rockingham...how many was it?...68?

Was a good meet that. Just noticed I was parked next to you in that pic Martin.
Back in the days the Factory got involved.

Alex, are you still up for this if it stays as a meet and a hoon and not a track day?

James
Hi James,
Looks a good plan. I might not make this now as I took my front clam in for the new 3R lights and CF louvres to be fitted and the whole tlam tidied up and painted, was meant to be ready for next weekend, however the paint we got is a crap match so there is going to be a delay now while they sort that out. If the clam isnt ready by next weekend I will have to blow this out.
So it makes sense for someone else to sort the meet out..looks like you or Mike are the men for the job.
cheers
Alex

Rob, it is the 27th, not a track day, just a meet at Brunters, then a hoon and some food.

James, thanks for stepping upto the mark. I am gutted, clam is all eady for paint, just having major issues with the paint mixed with the ppg code being no where near the original color.
So having to get it matched the old fashioned way.
Clam is looking good though...

Still an outside chance I might make it, will know next week.
