anyone ever heard of the EUC going in the GT03.... I know its an issue in the 2.5 cars but the dealer recon mines gone in my 03?

Do hope there isn't a 300% rise in the price of these as well otherwise I will be putting Motec on it myself which I know is better and reliable.

all thats wrong is that the car wont fire on the starter button... it turns over and push starts/ runs perfectly.... so I 'could' get around it using a relay but the dealer have sent it to Noble for repair or replace... I'm not sure I want the replace option.

its a 2003 car so I guess it is an early GT03, but I thought all 03's had the newer ECUfrown

mines a july 2004 though number 138ish and I know someone selling no 136 said his was the newer ECU... I'll speak to the garage later and find out which one it was...

If it turns out to be the old one then the Motec M800 ECU I have lying around at home will be going in.

ok its confirmed that it is the later ecu, guess I just have to wait to see if Noble can fix this or want to replace it.

The worst part is that I am due to drive round europe in it on sunday so looks like I will have to cancel my holiday unless noble turn it around in a day!!!!

Yeh its in Kerridges, they plugged another ECU in and it fired first time.

I'm getting a quote before I comit (the Motec ecu I have cost me £2k on its own)... hoping it can be fixed (its only a minor fault) and get it back before the weekend.

But its out of my hands at the moment

I would sort it myself but I am unfortunatelly in the US this week... so perfect timing really lol.

A very nice member on here with some spare ECU's is keen to help me out for which I am very grateful so hopefully I can get it on the road for the weekend.

Very glad I posted on here now as it could have saved my holiday
