Nearly 2000 miles in and not missing the Mercedes at all, really pleased with the Tesla.

Unfortunately today I found out that if you accidentally give the exposed leading edge of the glass roof a fairly small bang when putting something in the boot, that the glass roof will kill itself.

I now have a 2 foot and growing crack and a nice shattered bit. New roof now required.

As it stands autoglass are doing it with no excess to pay, but this may change. I am waiting for their ‘specialist department’ to call back.

Hopefully the glass is in stock and it’s not a long wait.

It’s going through as an insurance claim, spent 3 hours on the phone going around in circles. I’m not particularly bothered either way, it just needs replaced.
