Car arrived Wednesday think it was made in China.

Really enjoying the car so far. The instant power is a blast. The technology is sector leading.

Santa mode music on the outside of the car playing down the high street with my 6 year old son hilarious and embarrassing!

My daughter singing karaoke on a drive out this morning

Both kids playing each other on the Car games before the school drop off

Really comfy and fun to drive

Got the app working too- the off peak charging sorted

Lots more to learn and first 190 mile return journey next week so will test the range anxiety!

Build quality seems good too.

For what it’s costing in forgoing a company car allowance on today’s lease deals I couldn’t get anything more than say a Kia Sportage so it’s a no brainer!

I’ve just come from a merc e coupe and it’s light years ahead of that

Not tried any other ev it’s a works car and I’d only gone forTesla due to the charging network

Which Evs tech is better out of interest?

Good you are enjoying it they are great cars, and yes all UK model 3's are now made in China.
Really seems to be great if it hadn’t been for them coming on to the company car scheme I wouldn’t have tried one at all. Lots of mixed feelings from people who haven’t tried one. I get that! It’s great fun aswell the performance is something else.

I have the LR version and really like it. Comically cheap to run and very easy to own.

I used to tease friends who owned them, I was wrong. They're remarkably good cars.

I own and have owned some fairly exotic tin and my chums with Teslas also own Astons, Ferraris etc. They all love their Teslas too. Negative comments invariably come from non owners.
I agree with all of the above. Looks like the LR is the one to have watching the Carwow drag race.

I’ve got to say the SR+ feels plenty. It turns your stomach if you put your foot down! Can’t believe how much faster the LR is in comparison.

My SR+ was in for warranty work last Thursday and they gave me an LR for the day.

It was great and I enjoyed it, but....it wasn't as good a drive as my SR+. It was heavier, didn't turn in as well and felt like it would push into understeer earlier. It also didn't land as well as my SR+ when I do my daily 'launch it off a humpback bridge' route.

It was quicker....but not massively. Having spent the day blasting the LR around, I was worried my SR+ would feel slow, but it really didn't.

If only they made a more powerful SR+ cloud9
That’s a really interesting comparison I’ve been really happy with the SR+ it really is fun and can overtake in an instant. I can’t imagine really ever needing more acceleration.

The old sr+ was, the new LFP one is just as heavy and slower still
Yes about half a second slower to 60 for an extra 10 miles range doesn’t seem a good exchange
