Lexus servicing costs !!

Just enquired this morning about an oil and filter change on my 2007 RX

For oil and filters only they want £346.80

I mean seriously how do these people sleep at night?

Yeah I have now actually, and get this ... I'm booked into a Lexus dealer, that's also part of Arnold Clark .. they're doing the service for £69, catch is that I get an Arnold Clark stamp instead of a Lexus stamp in the book ..

Done deal if you ask me ..

But still, how many people are happy to pay £346.80 for oil and filters .. and you just know they'd be straight on the phone saying how my brake pads/disks etc were as much as 40% worn and they'd of course suggest replacing them

Yeah, oil, service and of course we'll have a look around while we're under there .. and no doubt tell you how worn your pads are etc, but all that's being changed is the oil and filters ..
