I know everyone knows what an alpine looks like but here’s mine. Picked up today. Just BRILLIANT. Not Good Friday, GREAT Friday.

Wow - that looks STUNNING! I’ve never seen a black one...

You must be well chuffed. Congrats!

Lovely - I saw a black PE at Alpine Winchester fed thought it looked great.

I'm not sure there's a colour that the A110 doesn't look good in. Except maybe that pink-with-gold-wheels combo a few pages back.

Looks good- there were blue, black and white options for the PE. I’ve only seen blue in the wild- have seen the white and black at dealers.

Anyone on here? Just passed a lovely looking Abyss blue A110 near Tarporley - I was in a yellow Elise

Black GT looks especially nice with the light gold wheels and badging

Cleaning the car ready for a little drive tomorrow and I have the cracked screen issue.

So coupled with trim rattles, exhaust heatshield buzzing away at idle somewhere I’m having a bit of a mare.

I can't see a crack? Sounds like it's a known issue with some cars though?

I can’t see a crack - sorry you are having issues. Hopefully your dealer will look after you as they should do.

I’m sure it will get sorted. Love the thing just teething issues and niggly things that are more annoying than serious.

Hmmm ... Ive only owned the car 24 hours and I might just be thinking on the same lines ... gold wheels on black?

Not the bright gold that is standard option. The light gold of the GT or like Satin Aurum on a Porsche. Do the wheels, the wing badges and all the lettering.

Ah it's clearer there. Assuming yours isn't a new car (hoping not anyway)! Seems they fix them FoC as there was an issue with how they originally fitted them which I'm hoping they've now resolved in the later cars.

They are few and far between which is one of the positives imo. Most of the ones I've seen other than mine have been in the vacinity of a dealer.

During the interminable wait after ordering last June I suddenly saw two in a week and thought ‘oh, maybe they’re not as rare as I thought’...

Not seen one since biggrin

Went to the Welsh Mountains today for a spin. First true test of the car for me on the roads I know well and the car is superb. Short of my niggly issues (which now I also have to add terrible squealing brakes at low speed) the car on the twistys is like nothing I’ve driven before.

Had a picnic and opened the engine cover to see if it was lose on my rattle hunt lol

Truly superb!

If you are are fond of al fresco dining then the boot makes a very good warming oven- pizza - 20 mins at 4500 rpm with a few minutes at 5500 to finish

First, not a typical Welsh snack, so 10/10 for what looks like a superb lunch.
Second, on rattles, I noticed one on mine which turns out to be the seat belt touching the centre console. Might need a piece of felt on mine to stop the noise.
Finally, fantastic photograph, food, car, and scenery. BTW, it is not raining so I assume you photoshopped that bit out?
