Quick question, where do people recommend for tyres these days? I need a pair of rears on my S (PS4’s) and have found ATS and Blackcircles the best value so far, any other suggestions. TIA
I needed 2 rears for the MOT, and found that Camskill were the best price for supply only. They were very quick and actually contacted me to confirm which Pilot Sport due to there being a number of optionsI then took them to my local tyre fitter as he's very careful not to touch the valve/pressure sensors
A few times when I've used local fitting places via Blackcircles, the local depot was less than careful on previous cars

there is an automatic setting but they can be turned on manually using the light switch. I have never had to move mine from auto.
Excellent, thanks!domrusty said:

The default-to-radio-with-last-used-volume-setting however, is MADDENING.
Probably the only thing that still legitimately pisses me off about the car. All is forgiven though once it’s on the move…

Hi Dajw, All,
Actually someone has made and offers a quick-release solution... it looks good and it's German.
See the link below - you may need google translate but you'll get the gist.
I would imagine David Pook of Life110 is probably going down a similar route but hasn't mentioned it yet...
I do agree that quick release bolts (if made correctly) would be a whole lot better!
Anyone actually have experience of these parts or of the company ?

That's the badger — it was mentioned on an earlier page in this thread, and I've ordered a set a couple of days ago, after asking a few questions about it with Axel Ress who runs the place. I can report back when it arrives, if you like?Actually someone has made and offers a quick-release solution... it looks good and it's German.

Just put a deposit down on the ex-demo Pure at Winchester. Orange Sanguine with the black Serac wheels.
Hopefully collecting on Friday in time for a run down to Cornwall. Not sure why I'm more nervous than excited!

So folks - i'm keen to pull the trigger on one of these and before I go into battle with the dealer i'd like some advice.
a) Must have options? I have my own ideas but would appreciate some feedback.
b) Is it possible to get a deal out of the dealer or is it list price take it or leave it? I know its a bespoke car, but not one thats sold out for months and months so is there scope to do a deal? What are peoples experiences?
My current thoughts on spec:
Pure + Sports Exhaust + Parking Camera + Fuchs Wheels & Brakes upgrade + Focal + Al Pedals + Floormats + Passenger Footrest
I didn’t get any discount on mine albeit it was over 2 years ago.a) Must have options? I have my own ideas but would appreciate some feedback.

Your spec is almost exactly what I went into the dealer to buy and walked out having purchased an S

I now have Finnish license plates for my A110 but the rear plate is too tall for the Belgian plate holder/frame which is on the car. I'm considering removing the plate holder and just screwing the plates directly to the car. Has anybody else done this? Any tips/advice?
I haven’t but on previous cars I have used heavy duty sticky back Velcro which does the job perfectly without any unsightly holes.AlexNJ89 said:

Vert Cendre (ash green) goes really well with the carbon roof too: https://www.autogespot.nl/alpine-a110-gt-2022/2022...
Which wheels are these? It's a legende with what appears to be the S wheels.
Yep looks like S wheels to me
Yes it’s quite common as I understand it. My engine cover usually has a few watermarks after I’ve cleaned the car - not too difficult to clean off though. Might also be indicative of the window rubber coming away from the glass. It’s a common issue and mine was replaced under warranty.
