Hi Alex, I was planning to suggest everyone to book separately, but if you can help set aside an area that would be brilliant. It looks like we have a sizeable number turning up so would be good to do this, thanks

I'll get onto the guys about it. There's a new gravel area, while we might not be able to fit everyone we should be able to fit most.

We'll still need to all book individually, as per the original plan.

Its not an event, you will need to book a weekend car park ticket when its available on the calendar. its normally split between certain time periods. I am thinking of booking the 9am - 12pm ticket if that works for everyone
