Renault and Dacia salesman here, I've always loved quirky and functional cars over something flash and full of gadgets, my immediate colleagues actually take the piss out of me at work because I like "ugly cars", usually in a funky colour too!

Until recently if I changed jobs completely where I no longer have access to a company car I would purchase a Duster (funds allowing), I love the simplicity and honesty, it would however probably have to be the Comfort as I prefer the larger 1.3T engine over the 1.0T and the Android auto functionality could be useful, however if the Essential became available with the 1.3T then I could probably live without the Android auto capability, or maybe purchase a retro fit unit.

Since Jogger has turned up, I'm kind of torn between both Jogger and Duster, I don't need 7 seats but the low boot entry and large boot could be useful, plus it is on the better and far newer platform.
You had a heads up on what the finance deals will be? I'll be after the extreme Se model (mainly for the picnic trays and heated seats) in white
Around £225 with £225 deposit. Depending on miles and colour etc.

I’m seriously considering one myself.

I think they missed a trick though.

With a long wheelbase like that, you could get a double bed in the back.

Dacia Dogger?

Has anyone that pre-ordered heard from Dacia about delivery times?

Your dealer should have had your info yesterday to contact you...

I didn't pre-order. Placed order after driving one. Dealer said no orders have been allocated to a VIN yet. Pre-orders might be different.

I placed a pre order through dacia site, and hadn't heard anything, so I messaged local dacia dealer (Bristol Street Derby) about half an hour a go and they rang me back straight away, they had no details of my pre order. They said they'll get in touch with dacia and see.

Will ring dacia tomorrow

Customer ordering only opened yesterday, so whilst the dealer had your order, they couldn’t load it on the Dacia system until yesterday. Once the orders are on the system, Dacia will ‘match’ then to build slots and VIN’s.

Pre-orders are getting priority, I would guesstimate that other orders will be July/August delivery maybe?

If you did a pre-order, it will have been allocated to the dealer yesterday. Someone’s got the info!

Cool looking thing, rediculously good value and nearly the same size boot as a Superb Estate. Very impressive.

I saw an Exteme in Terracotta on a car transporter yesterday. A great looking bit of kit.

Am I correct that it’s not available with LPG?

Correct. I wouldn’t be surprised if they skip the LPG on Jogger due to planning a hybrid next year.

Had it confirmed a while ago that there are no plans.

Cheers, they rang me this afternoon. Asked for PCP on different terms.

Extreme Se white £225 a month 48 months, or £253 36 months
Exteme Se in metallic colour £238 a month over 48 months.

Interesting that both white and metallic have same GFV, was gonna go for white as it'll match the Model Y Ive ordered too, so will look like I've matched it on purpose rather than being cheap, but I do like that terracotta colour.

Metallic colours don’t affect GFV’s with Renault finance so you’re just paying for the cost over the 4 years. Still a great deal. Ours is Terracotta, looks great but white will look good too!

It's available on the continent in LPG though
