What happened to Donagh Kelly and Wesley Patterson ?
I don't know! Kelly came by me on SS11, he missed the hairpin (the second hairpin on SS11) and continued on straight at a huge speed, very wildly. He didn't finish the stage but I don't know if he crashed out or had a problem. There seems to be no news on Patterson onlineconfucuis said:
Stage 2 stopped, Breen off into a snowbank on a very quick section, crew OK just in a dangerous position
Breen had already gone into a snowbank earlier in the stage and lost 30+ seconds, Neuville went into the same bank but managed to ride on top of it.
That was all a bit average wasn't it. Shame that it happened so early in the event. Breen had already gone into a snowbank earlier in the stage and lost 30+ seconds, Neuville went into the same bank but managed to ride on top of it.

My understanding is that it was a lapse in concentration caused by the washer motor sticking on spraying water onto the windscreen which had begun to freeze, I don't know did this cause or was caused by the first off!Very close at the top, Neuville out in front with 8 seconds between 1st and 4th! Rovanpera doing well but getting screwed by being first on the road, but I'd expect him to go well given he grew up on this surface

Well Evans finish on the last stage last night was shall we say interesting.
I am at the service area waiting for the start of the East Riding closed road rally. Good luck everyone.
He also got a 10 sec penalty for it - however, it's become a non issue, as he's crashed out this morning. Three offs in the first two events isn't what he was looking for. I am at the service area waiting for the start of the East Riding closed road rally. Good luck everyone.

As you’ve said, not an auspicious start to his campaign. Rovenpera looks to be the darling of the team, and rightly so. A simply brilliant drive both this weekend and on the Monte.Tanak’s season start hasn’t been good either, one senses Neuville is playing some mind games and using them to ensure he remains top dog at Hyundai. Tanak’ must be rueing the day he left Toyota with every passing event...
He seems to be able to have the pace and keep it on the road at the moment which is more than can be said of everyone else!
Pity about Breen, everyone seemed to make small errors which didn't cost them too much but just luck of the draw it cost him a lot. I'm actually getting more impressed by Greensmith, his pace has improved quite a lot, he's no longer miles off the leading pace. He'll never be a champion but he's not hopeless either! It'll be interesting to see how everyone goes in Croatia, that'll be a big test for Breen I think as a team leader.

Paddon set to do some WRC2 with his own team and Hyundai NZ backing.
