Hi JMX2M35i, just wanted to clear up a few details to make sure posting remains completely accurate here. The car went 4 years without a service, but it did less than 400 miles in that entire time.The car has had a significant amount of work during its recent specialist service so if it did need any of the above remedied, the specialist would have picked it up.
The discs *do not need replacing after only 9,800 miles; this was photographed prior to its visit and service at David Appleby Engineering. The surface rust on the discs is no more. The tyres also reported well, with plenty of tread and showing no abnormal signs of age related perishing .
I have personally spoken with David Appleby Engineering on the car, reporting it road tested extremely well and they adored it.

It has certainly not had the parts mentioned painted, wrapped or changed in our ownership. As far as we are aware it is as it was spec’d from the factory.
We believe that for the last iteration/update in 2016/2017 the black gloss was standard and the carbon fibre was an optional package, even on the S.

Correct: standard non "carbon" in MY17 which this car seemingly is - sadly not mentioned anywhere. In MY17 AMi III was introduced - just in case this would be of importance to anybody, lol.
But that as such should nobody hold off a purchase as the gloss black front splitter and rear diffuser are really beautiful parts. Albeit scratch sensitive, so beware when washing.
Far more important is that this car has been standing with sour oil for four years. That´s not good. To be clear: contrary to popular forum opinion these can take a LOT of standing - if done sensibly, though. They don´t need many miles; I drive mine three or four times a year. But I let it idle every now and then for 45 minutes during the winter months and it gets a full service with oil change every single year, of course. No problems at all so far (17MY V8 Vantage S Coupé Manual). I feel with the owner: he obviously had other plans with the car than washing it and putting it away (wet it seems) for four years. s

To keep it "factual": tyres here are original from 2016 and need to be replaced if you "really" want to drive it (I don´t and mine are from 2016, too). Wing mirrors arms or at least one of them are in need of refurbishment. Ride height of the V8 Vantage S suspension is no lower than the non-S version; both Sport Suspension and Comfort Suspension have the same ride height, irrespective of "S" or non-"S". And it is of course not "super low miles", lol.
All that can be rectified resp. is no issue. The hard point is the patchy service history during the last six years.

To be fair if you’re stressed about replacing 4 tyres, this isn’t the manufacturer for you 😂. I’d defo change them soon after buying the car, especially if it feels fidgety. The wing mirror arms are obviously a common problem and you’ll need to do them on any V8V or DB9 anyway. Just like recovering some of the leather bits.
This looks like a good buy to me, I think I’d rather one that had been driven a bit, they don’t absolutely love standing but change the fluids and the tyres and you have a very nice machine. The only thing you’re likely to have problems with are the suspension arms and bushes, which relatively speaking aren’t wildly expensive.
