Have to say that the only mods in terms of power I would make to mine are to make air-intake straighter. Certainly has plenty of power for me - I can't afford any more underwear at the mo!
Also impressed by mpg with the 6 speed box.
The only serious upgrade that is needed is to the driver!

I don't reckon that my is gunna have the most power but should be lots of fun.
Idea was for now to keep the rebuild cheap n simple.
The lightest variant I reckon I can claim that.
And I look forward to a head to head....
My thoughts? Well having driven Nicks..in the wet it was a monster..I just be happy with keeping up on a much much smaller build budget....BUT I do have a 2.2 planned for later date and I expect I will break the gearbox (AGAIN)so pondering on gearkits.....
Martin; Ians Build should be a match power wise, Marks I reckon deffo got the best sprint box and brake combo, BUT it wil be a close run thing you know...
See how she gets on mapping few weeks away with Mr Simpson
