Well I've finally got round to fitting the screen.

Sorry for the bad quality pictures, my digital camera is pants

It was reasonably easy to fit, VERY fiddly trying to get the bolts in but all went on alright.

Only problem is - it doesn't quite fit flush with the scuttle, nothing a bit of silicone sealent can't fix though, we'll have to see how it all goes, as I say there's a gap on either side where - because it was made for a wide body - overhangs a bit and the heating up couldn't cure this.

Apparently (according to Tim) it does it's job of deflecting the wind over your head pretty well, I trust him on this as he works in aerodynamics for a sports car company........I think!!!

The big 2 piece Westfield part is far too bulky IMO and I wouldn't want to be doing about 100mph with the wind battering my face/head with no screen.

For £80 Tim's aeroscreen is fantastic and does what it was made to do

I hope

Thats because you own a C******m only kidding.

Jeremy, have you got any close up pictures of your screen, I think judging by the angle/curve of mine it should do it's job although I think bugs are going to be a problem anyway, MMMMMmmmmmm nice big juicy bluebottle

That's next on the list, just need to find some yellow gaffer tape and green gaffer tape to stick them on.

Jeremy - the screen should be doing it's job, I suppose you'd know about it if you didn't have it, all that wind battering you in the face.

Moom - How well does the actual westfield item work?

Give me my leg back, how am I supposed to drive if you're pulling it

50mph without a screen and much twitching of hair is pretty good actually, it'd be good to see how this one does.

I really couldn't think how much strain it'd put on your head and neck with no screen but....

"I hear a problem is that the airflow tries to lift your helmet off on track"
