Well, thanks to the Lord of the Pies we've now got our own bit of the gassing station. It can be a pain to troll through the archives of the egroup, I mean Yahoo lists so this thread based discussion group is a much better way of getting good advice for both road and racing Locosts. Enjoy! CJ

You can get a good spec. road going car from anything from 3K upwards. A 5K car should be pretty similar to a Westie. A years racing will cost around 5K for the car and probably the same again for a year's racing allowing for some failures/damage.

You can race the Locoblade in the 750MC bike engined series. See the 750MC site for regs/details.
