Removing the servo looks like it will require a fair amount of pedal box and body modification, so I would like to refurb the servo I have.
Splitting the servo for refurb looks like it will be difficult - does it twist together/apart?
Cheers - Simon

Did that once a long, long time ago.... the servo halves do untwist, but it's bloody hard to do, especially after the rust sets in. We did this on a Triumph 2000 and a Morris 1800, but it's pretty much the same setup.
We fitted a new seal kit to both , but they never did work properly afterwards, they always leaked air in....
So I reckon the best thing is to buy a new or refurbed one.... master cylinders mostly work (as long as it's only the seals), but servos are tough....
