Congratulations. I think I saw that one up for sale and it looked like a nice car at a fair price. I'm pretty sure all those parts mentioned will be ok. You might be aware that the ARB & drop links are not Triumph parts. Also might be worth having a very close look at the condition of your front uprights and trunnions before ordering the overhaul kit. Enjoy!

My box is also the three rail 2000E type but is fitted with a hydraulic clutch. I guess the S3 Vixens (cable clutch) has the clutch fork mechanism on the opposite side of the bellhousing to the earlier hydraulic versions? Is that engine the later 711 type?
My S3 Viven has the 2000E box fitted with a hydraulic clutch and the starter is on the drivers side and the clutch slave on the passengers. Surely it's just down to which bell housing is fitted to the gearbox.prideaux said:
