Have the teams received their tickets and car parking passes yet? The reason for the question is that we haven't received ours yet.
We had ours weeks ago, if you haven't had yours then there is a problem. Talk to Britcar, they will sort it.

As an aside:

Thursday: scattered showers
Friday: more showers developing into a stormy conditions
Saturday: storm developing into a grade 5 monsoon
Sunday : Appeal launched for the flood victims

hehe

Wet conditions help in two ways, saves on tyres, fuel and general wear and tear, and really levels out the faster opposition smokin

thinking of weather im guessing theres a good wet weather tyre dunlop supply you with? Thinking of which do you all get a certain amount of tyres for the weekend or can you get hold off as many as you wish?

A wet race will help allot of the less well driven and set up cars last the distance so its no bad thing for allot entrants. The wets will last for hours and hours IF it stays wet so it will reduce the overall cost of the race as well so wet race can only be a positive thing for most.

Rain certainly throws in a whole new and unpredictable element to the race.... good luck fella's.

No ABS ...

But at least the car has a roof :-) Better than the Caterham that I usually race in the rain!

I know its only the test day tommorow, but if anyone can get online whilst at the track, would be good to hear updates on how cars are getting on, and which cars are looking good and probably a long shot but some images as well, get me in the mood whilst sat in stupid A level chemistry wink

Good luck to all!

Paddock plan is out:

http://www.britcar24hr.co.uk/cms/e107_plugins/cont...

I'm frankly stunned to find two garages allocated to a formula 1 simulator and a FACE PAINTER!? Surely they would have been better allocated to teams?

And who on earth is going to get their face painted when kids under sixteen aren't permitted in the garages?

yikes
