Can't help but wonder if they got Tony Gilham in as a guest to help fund the damage repairs with his ability to pull sponsors/hospitality deals together but it somehow hasn't come together. They've had some amount of damage to fix on that car this year already, been a tough season for them.

Turkington fastest in FP1, Plato second.

Be interesting to see if qually reflects the FP times. Certainly wasn't the case last time for Team Dynamics.

Holland wouldn't have been racing this weekend regardless of the accident.

Matt Neal is racing this weekend with cracked ribs, according to Tim Harvey.

Tim also mentioned that Plato might not stay at MG next year.

Didn't think MG were in it next year.

Well that makes a change for neal normally a broken hand at Silverstone, im guessing another cycling accident.

Mg will be there well 1 anyway and that's marc hynes. If the other 2 will still be ran by 888 is another thing all together.

Happened while karting for Honda (some marketing duties I think).

Didn't know MG weren't going to be in the championship next year.

That's the thing no one knows yet the original deal was for 3 years which end this year, marc hynes mg is under a different team just ran by 888 a sort of satellite team which is a longer deal so there will be one mg next year for sure. Just have to wait to see if they stay as a manufacture entry or even if plato will stay.

Someone else may well buy the cars even if MG pull out.

If triple 8 get sponsorship then i see no reason they wouldn't run them, unless they want to build new cars.

I'm here and expecting some good racing.

I would like to see JP take the championship but I don't see it happening.
