I reckon the pope will get in first with a crafty cannonisation. The British public will demand no less. Then obviously Gordon Brown will resign so Lewis can take over as PM. Then the Queen will resign so he can be head of state at the same time.

Seems every year someone wins it.
Their are only twentytwo entries, but only two cars this year were fast enough to compete, as Ferrari had some reliability/consistancy "issues" that leaves one team, so if he wins he would have beat one other driver, is it that great an achievement?

Regardless, you still have to pedal the thing. Fact remains he is ahead of Alonso in the championship, for the moment anyway. I don't think he's done enough to warrant an MBE, or anything close, but maybe in 10 years when he's a Monaco resident, driving for an Italian team...

He's done a great job this year, no doubt about that. He proved he deserved the chance Ron took, but to get to that point takes skill and damn hard work too. He's reaping the rewards of that hard work and good luck to him. I'm sure any one of us would love to be in the same position.
