Good race in Texas, just a shame about the rash of yellows in the middle of the race which left it stuck behind the pace car for a long slog. Hopefully now NASCAR has moved to the Next Gen car we can end all this PJ1 nonsense and see the second groove widen out.

Beautiful pass by J New for the win. Rossi just keeps finding those cartoon anvils whilst the Andretti cars in general didn't seem to have what was required.

That woke my wife up! Whoops.

Cars and planes on the TV don’t wake her up, but bad singing does.

I got through to the weird grunty bit and bailed. Thank god I don’t have to watch sport on a US tv channel.. the constant adverts would kill me.

I love the way in Indycar they can just randomly close off a city centre and have a race round it. Imagine if we could close off Bromley and have a BTCC race around it or something.

I know they did that in Birmingham back in the day but nothing like that happens in the UK nowadays.

Lol at the course worker driving the forklift in to the tyre wall to try and get them back in to position, before driving off with a “That’ll do” attitude…

Coventry motorfest do a closed road event, and there are closed road rallies in the UK.

Surely one of the F1 teams signs Herta for the Vegas GP next year?

Would be great to see Colton Herta in F1, but not in a back marker team.

And now he's binned it frown
