Morbid Question. Jim Clark's Lotus 48
Discussion
I didn't find out any more. I think he only way to get a definitive answer would be to phone up classic team lotus. I wouldn't want to be the person to spoil their day By wishing to talk about that series of events.
Regarding the lotus festival, yes I should have gone. Maybe I'll get to another one. I must get to one of the tnf film shows sometime.

On the point of Ayrton Senna's FW16,
My old man did a tour of Williams a few months ago, Apparently once it was received back from the Italian courts the remains were shredded and disposed of in a confidential location, which only Patrick Head and Frank and Claire Williams are party to

That would imply that it would have had to have been Head and Claire Williams alone that physically disposed of the remains......??My old man did a tour of Williams a few months ago, Apparently once it was received back from the Italian courts the remains were shredded and disposed of in a confidential location, which only Patrick Head and Frank and Claire Williams are party to
That's a fair point - just the blurb that was given out. Maybe they mean within the organisation/community (one presumes such companies that dispose have sufficient data protection in place.
Anyway - one prefers the mental image of Patrick head driving a van into the woods at night with a bag of car bits and a spade.....

I favour the idea of a carbon fibre and CNC-machined alloy JCB-shovel attachment to Frank's wheelchair, personally.Gassing Station | General Motorsport | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
