That looks like an overlap to me. Personally I think the stewards made the right decision, but for the wrong reasons. Rosberg defended hard, Lewis was squeezed so entitled to keep his foot in, no problem, let them get on with racing.
I think it was a little pathetic of Rosberg to then come on the radio and point out to all those listening that Lewis had performed an illegal overtake.
Maybe his one race win has gone to his head?

Over taking is still part of racing though or should be at least, otherwise its just time attack or whatever it wants to be called.
I expect them to make their one blocking move nothing more, pretty much as Rosberg did
But that one move is an artificial constraint for safety purposes, and I assume to prevent qually flyers with hgv mirrors.I expect them to make their one blocking move nothing more, pretty much as Rosberg did
I don't see why overtaking is prevented by having a simple rule of 'maintain your line', with the driver aiming to overtake outbraking/outdragging/using increased downforce to go past round the outside.
Whilst I think the stewards made the right decision not to penalise Rosberg - the incident with Lewis in particular seemed to be a bit of a victory for common-sense stewarding but I don't think that justifies his post race comments. Personally I think it should have been quietly made clear to him that was sailing a little close to the wind with those maneuvers and a little more caution in future would be advisable.
