The B5105 to Ruthin has some great bends, especially a steep downhill left hander back towards the Evo triangle.

A44 leominster to Rhayader is superb, then either go to Newtown,or carry straight on to Elan Valley, then aim for Aberystwyth, will need a change of tyres by then!

Latest issue of evo uses the best routes in Wales for their Car of the Year feature. Starts off in the Elan Valley, going north to Denbighshire & the Triangle, Llanberis pass and over to the coast at Porthmadog. Superb photos too.

And the bridge & watersplash were the location for the Twingo pics, and I presume that the hairpin in the foreground was the one used for the broadsiding Lexus shot!
