that's the puppy
What do the guys fitting it say about them? I know some GT500 guys in the states moan that they add weight and don't help much compared to a decent heat exchanger. I know they only work at idel / cruse (basically when the AC is working) so aren't great if you track them. Could work for drag racing though! chuntington101 said:

I'm also getting one at some point although a lot depends on how much Monkfish are charging for them. Since I topped up my chargecooler header tank, intake temps never go above 120 deg F, and that's at WOT for long periods. Most of the time IATs are in the 80s and I'm running 14psi boost too.Mark, when you've had it fitted I'd be interested to see the results.

I know PhilW had some good results with his VXR8.
I dont track my car, mainly fast road and the odd drag

Bangs abit me over the bumps now the track rod ends have been done, Neil ?
Gear box better when warm, but still bad when cold. Clutch fluid next, see if this helps
Track rods won't effect the suspension like that Gear box better when warm, but still bad when cold. Clutch fluid next, see if this helps
Can have a look when doing the clutch fluid

FYI you can't have a Tick Performance T56 Magnum Level 5 'box (like I have) and a LS9 because there isn't enough space in a bell housing for both of them....
ask me how I know
You need a VXR8 bell housing and a spacer to create the extra room. Mine is a standard T56 and it's the only thing that hasn't broken. I guess your modified version has a shorter input shaft? ask me how I know
Trouble with after market twin plates is they wear quickly and therefore drag, making it difficult to change gear over time. I had the same happen on my McLeod.
LS9 clutch is a completely different beast. It's bigger and the slave has more travel, that's why it takes up more space...but it works.
