fking bonkers.
These are 1l and 67hp right? I wonder what it'll put out when finished.
How do these handle? Have you made any modifications to the chassis/suspension?
Well it was always very fun to drive, but then I added wider wheels (the ones in the picture) and it really sticks to the road now. It has Bilstein dampers and Eibach pro springs..a pretty harsh ride but that's what I wanted and I love it These are 1l and 67hp right? I wonder what it'll put out when finished.

Also have an aluminium front strut to be fitted.

Fantastic project. I'm intrigued to see what figures the dyno will show; I'd estimate the figures at 120bhp and 110lb/ft torque.
Nearly double the Output of the original engine with just a supercharger and mapping (assuming low comp pistons too). Are you sure? RCBRG said:
id have thought 120 may be the upper end, but id be extremely surprised if it wasnt safely into triple figures
I agree 33hp increase should be easily attainable but near doubling the output just doesn't seem right unless the OP has had more work done than he lets on (valve/head work etc)either way interesting to see and good on you OP for doing it

I just had a look at the TTS website, and going by the dyno chart on the site, it seems 120bhp seems about right, and I've also had a look around on OC websites where there are claims of 125bhp.

Banzai magazine did one of these - wonder what happened to it? Would definitely help out at those times when the Aygo's engine and long gearing means there's zero grunt (60mph+ in top).
Would/will fatter tyres up front change the Aygo's fun dynamics?
Congrats on the excellent man maths, though; would've been cheaper to buy a Panda 100hp.
