Hmm, got me thinking... any idea how much would I have to spend on a 90/defender to get something reliable? What sort of speeds will they cruise at (my lightweight would do 65 but 55 was it's practical cruising speed)?

Cruising speeds are fine in a 90!

We went for a play on Salisbury Plain, I live in Surrey and we were cruising nicely at 70! (77mph with the bigger tires, aven't got round to redoing the speedo)

But yer it's great, providing you can bear the noise! Saying that it wasn't too bad, alot quieter than I thought!
