LANCIA MONTECARLO
Discussion
Great late model Monte you have there Sir, lovely
.
A neighbour of mine back in the early 80's owned a light metallic blue 'X' plate one of these and also a loud Red V8 Stag. I was 13 yrs old and loved cars. The V8 Stag sounded awesome back then but his Monte was running a pair of Webers or Dellortos and sounded as hard as nails and to me just looked so much better and just so pretty.
Never owned one but would in a heartbeat given the chance...
Enjoy it Op.![thumbup](/inc/images/thumbup.gif)

Beautiful car, thanks for sharing. I saw a Montecarlo at Brooklands (Italian Car Day) that had the Alfa 3.0 V6 Busso fitted. Was a very nice fit actually. But, the original engine a peach too.
Definitely a stunning car, and very rare these days - I should have bought one when I could afford it! ![frown](/inc/images/frown.gif)
Not sure about a Busso - I would have thought a 2 litre Lampredi engine would be preferable, ideally with a turbo like the Integrale!
