The interior was done by John the Trim Technician near Blackpool ex TVR and Lotus he's done lots of cars for me, great work at sensible prices I can highly recommend him. Below are some of my cars he's done recently...

Great late model Monte you have there Sir, lovelysmile.

A neighbour of mine back in the early 80's owned a light metallic blue 'X' plate one of these and also a loud Red V8 Stag. I was 13 yrs old and loved cars. The V8 Stag sounded awesome back then but his Monte was running a pair of Webers or Dellortos and sounded as hard as nails and to me just looked so much better and just so pretty.
Never owned one but would in a heartbeat given the chance...

Enjoy it Op.thumbup

Such a lovely thing! Fantastic interior too - I suspect even an original good interior would not look anywhere near as good. Makes me sad for the future, nobody risks making anything like this these days. BRZ nearest contemporary rival?

The standard of workmanship looks exceptionally high so noted for future use...

Beautiful car, thanks for sharing. I saw a Montecarlo at Brooklands (Italian Car Day) that had the Alfa 3.0 V6 Busso fitted. Was a very nice fit actually. But, the original engine a peach too.

Definitely a stunning car, and very rare these days - I should have bought one when I could afford it! frown

Not sure about a Busso - I would have thought a 2 litre Lampredi engine would be preferable, ideally with a turbo like the Integrale! laugh
