Twin turbos putting out 2,000 hp - this is for a fighter plane, right??

Actually on that last point, it's interesting that a third of the power is unlocked by running on the high-octane fuel - I've heard it said that our ability to refine high-octane fuels was one of the key factors in winning the air war in WW2, and this fits with that.
That's more that a WWII Hurricane's Merlin XX, that was around 1200 depending on altitude. You're driving with more power than a fighter plane.

Thanks for the compliments. It really is initimidating but also you realise that all under control at the same time. A 720S feels slooooow.

RE UGR Lambos. I only became aware of them after racing half mile and roll racing at tx2k. They are our major competition and we have some way to go to catch the fastest ones but we are close. They are so nice though but a lot more expensive as well. I am aware of the best being 3000bhp, but also have been told that they require frequent rebuilds and not street friendly. I do not know that for sure though and could be just pub talk from everyone who cannot beat them . But definitely the fastest are at least 2700 and up.

fk me that’s insanely brilliant! laugh A Viper ACR is one of my dream cars if I ever found myself in such a position, never thought of tripling the power though! Iv seen quite a few UGR videos the way those things build speed is utterly ridiculous.

When you get up close to them you realise they are not that big!

Fellow at work owns one, not as mad as your one, although it is converted to right hand drive.
