Update.

This car continues to suprise me. Now sat on 223,200 with follow expenses in the past 10,000 miles (since MoT).

Wipers x2
Tyres x2
Oil change
Shock absorbers x2 (needed it ever since I got the car tbh).

Nothing has gone wrong, these are just all consumables that you would expect in 10k of motoring.

250k here I come biggrin

When I saw the update I feared the worst that you'd sold it. Glad to hear it's still going strong.

no this one is a stayer I think.

  • touches wood*
car seems pretty bullet proof so will keep running it until any major costs. Bar anything out the ordinary, I have about 20k left on tyres all round, new wipers, just requires another oil service. MoT May and Tax October smile

cheap as chips, even fuel isnt too bad at 83.9p and doind 30mpg smile

Mine reached 275,000 before giving up the ghost.......or the headgasket anyway, then cracked the cylinder head, otherwise, would still have it.
