Looks to me like it has alloys (15" Avus Is ), GTI tail lights and GTI side repeaters fitted. The 1.4 E never had a 1.4 badge, so not sure were you got that idea from.

Yep, your spot on. No more plan for it. Other than a black wiper. I'm just saving my money for an upgrade.
