thanks for the link, it looks like a good technique, I gave it a go, but unfortunately no luck. I think because my dent is more than a simple divot, it is across a crease line in the panel so has a more complex surface. I might try to push it out from the inside myself if I am going to pay hundreds anyway, but failing some luck there, looks like the panel shop will be the only option irked

Please remember to heat it up for a few seconds before you attempt any sort of pushing/pulling the dent out, otherwise you may crack the paint or clearcoat. wink
