Thanks very much for all the kind words guys. At this point, I don't really have any on road vids. I'm also away on holliday in Kauai for the month so no vids 'til I get back to not from Evahboost. European Car magazine is an American mag about, Tah Dah, European cars. Avowed gearhead, Paul Krasusky flew to Denver to do an article on my car this summer and it came out in the December issue. Here's the online copy:

http://www.europeancarweb.com/features/epcp_1012_1...

Its hard to describe driving this car on da street. The power delivery is surprisingly linear for such a large turbo. I have driven a lot of S-cars and this one has been through a lot of stages during my 18 years of ownership. Its actually similar on clutch release at lower/moderate throttle input to a moderately modded car or for those that might know to RS2 level cars. When the throttle is used very hard things get blurry in a hurry. When using full throttle in almost any gear at say 4000rpm+ it will break loose all 4 wheels. Its very hard to watch or glance any gauges outside of the tachometer since your total focus is relegated to keeping the car going down the road ahead of you. The 255/35-18 Bridgestone RE-11s are as sticky a road tire as there is but they all break loose on command. This is actually a good thing since they act as a fuse. I don't snap driveline pieces, I just break da tires loose

Hap, wit dakine breakin loose urRS4 not from Evahboost, Maguire

The urRS4 is my idea of what a maxed out tuner would have done to an RS4 had Audi made one back then. wink

Fine. What did it start out as?? Looks a lot bigger than an A4 to me.
OK, in 1992, 1993 and 1994 Audi made the S4 from a C4/200 chassis. It had an I-5 20valve motor. That's why its referred to as a urS4 or original S4. It is not from the B5 chassis. In 1996 Audi redesignated the lines and the car became the S6/A6.

Ah, so it's one of those pre "A" nomenclature S4s. As far as I was aware they were never called "UR S4" by Audi? Very rare by all accounts, and why it slipped my mind entirely that they had made it.
