hi little bit more has been done now.


gear box away for recon and to have the pre loads set on lsd
and steel rods ordered for the engine with a few other bits and bobs
pics to follow

What's the score with the front bumper mate? Is that is, and if so is it made from something special or just plastic? And are you painting it?

its just in primer thats all,its proper gm one but the splitter has not been fitted since painting it

engine for now will be about 290bhp ish
full remus turbo back exhaust system
pro alloy fmic
titan motorsport plate type lsd or quaiffe

Thats the begining of a nice spec there. Are you sticking with the std turbo? What management are you going to run, or are you just sticking to OEM?

I had the pleasure of sng the astra VXR round a few tracks and as standard it was great fun, lightened and with the upgraded parts its got to be mega fun smile

with have a hybrid turbo in the pipe line,we are building the engine at the moment with steel con rods and arp bolts,it will all be mapped and set up on courtenay sports rolling road,we have not weighed it yet but aiming for around 1200kg not sure if this is realistic tho untill complete,the parts inc the dampers are all part of a bulk buy from a supplier so do not no exact price sorry

It is indeed a pole position,the drivers seat is a recaro hanz seat.above is all the pics of the trial fitting of everything inside the car,it has all been stripped back out for painting
