C63 AMG 507 edition wide arch project

I have thought about that too tbh, but all the interior is complete black so wouldn't take a dye other than the AMG logo's in the car mats. I have thought about having the steering wheel refurbed with the centre band done in green... but not sure on that yet.
Would look great and finish it off IMO... looks like you could do the stitching on the gear gator (if you had a steering wheel done)?Love it, you see "Wide Arch Project" and think oh no
It looks like they should have looked from the factory with regards to the rear arches, if I saw it I would assume it hadnt been modified, unless it was next to a standard one. I would also probably think that the colour is perhaps Mercedes equivalent of BMW Individual as though its a fairly lairy colour, the whole effect is pretty OEM and doesnt scream modified, proper job all round.

Thanks again guys, I'm really happy with the work the guys have done it wasn't an easy job by any means, the guys at the Golding Barn know there stuff, we could have gone too far with the mods and i think the car would have lost its edge in a way.
Check out the pearl reflecting in the sun
They can make a kit to fit an estate as its probably almost the same as the saloon kit. To supply and fit the kit and paint the sills, rear quarters and rear bumper is circa £5k. Then you'll need wheels too as you won't be able to space them out that much haha
I still have to get the 507 edition decals back on but that's not going to happen for weeks yet as my vehicle signages Co are in lock down
And that means no coatings or ppf can be applied too.
So in the mean time its getting cleaned.
Tomorrows job is wheels off and arches detail and fitting some discreet stone deflectors as an interim untill the ppf gets fitted

My god that's affordable Ahhh, I always said I wanted to get back into a C63 Estate, selling mine has been the biggest mistake of my motoring life to date. This makes it hugely tempting. As many have said, it looks exactly as it should have looked all along.
Today was Wheel Arch day.....
not too many pics of the cleaning as they didn't come out very well due to the sunlight... However, after a good clean down and some protection I fitted some stone deflector guards, I know these aren't to everyone's taste but TBH, they are quite subtle and blend into the car quite well.

Did you get it back before the lockdown?
Yes he did, he's been very busy with the charger upgrade that has added massive amount of power to the car, and then to top it off he's also had his bonnet pressed with OEM vents fitted..It looks and sounds amazing

Great looking car & the colour, I’ve had a quick trawl in the thread but can’t find it. Is it Focus RS Ultimate Green? Very similar if not. I had one & the pop in the sun is amazing.
Not quite buddy the ford green is quite a bit lighter, i wanted legacy edition viper green, but Mercedes wouldn't release the code as they only made 10 of them, so we had to make it, its Mercedes Viper green commercial base coat, with Candy lime green pearl and then clear coat Gassing Station | Readers' Cars | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
