New fluid, probably some braided hoses, some machining to allow anti-knockback springs fitting behind the pistons, probably switch the residual pressure valves over from the 306 and bit of general servicing and adjustment, if that fails start switching the pad compounds.
I'll probably go to 2-piece front discs because the stock ones weigh a ton.

Hmm interesting I have some brembos for my 306 and as you say the discs are horribly heavy would you consider making two piece discs for other people I.e. me?

Maybe, although probably would just do them bolted 2 piece discs instead of floatiing like last set.

Well, just had a blast up to the workshop with the 306 to start stripping her down, and, to be honest, I was grinning like a loon all the way.

I'm about a hairs breadth away from selling the 406 on and keeping the 306 at the minute, I'm not sure I want to strip her down biggrinfrown

I'm warming to it, mainly for the engine noise hehe

She's even had a polish and wax, slightly spoilt by condensation in one headlight...

Still sat quietly in a corner of the workshop, sulking.
