I don't think anyone is saying you aren't a nice guy and they don't not like your cars.
It's just threads like this invariably turn into, lets say, "Flemkes thread".
"Pete if I may ask you a question about such and such."
"Pete I've sent you a request on IG, I'd appreciate you accepting me."
Some PH'ers put others on a pedestal, fair enough you have nice cars and I am as interested in seeing them as the next man, it's just when the above happens it turns a bit cringe.
Before you know it you will have people waiting to shake your hand outside dry cleaners.

All I was saying was that the list of facts about the OP (which I didn't dispute) were facts rather than opinion, and whoever posted them had said it was his 'thoughts' about the OP. Pedantic, possibly, but I don't think it warranted somebody else calling me a bellend, and if it did cause the OP to run away, then I'd suggest he's a bit more of a snowflake than he says he is

I'm not sure why that makes me the bad guy, but it seems that it does. Pete stay on here, not sure what was said but free speech means always the case and you will have the same in Instagram.
Flemke had a whole parody account (read the 'is this your ignis' thread and he didn't take it personally.
Also im another non user of Instagram, owned by Facebook and tracks the hell out of you. At least with Pistonheads you know their IT is too incompetent to be too overley intrusive
