If wheels are staying yellow, matching harnesses would be a nice touch.

Wheels are definitely staying yellow.

Have a silver set of the Cromodoras stashed away should I ever fancy a change...although I can't see that happening!

As ever, plan's changed a little biggrin

Decided against the flocking idea, thought that if I was going to do something then do it properly!

Dash top and A pillar covers are going to be wrapped in Alcantara, the stuff on the door cards is a sort of grey/blue....if they can match it then it'll be that colour....if not it'll be a dark grey.

Engine covers will be done the same at a later date.

Can i ask what they charge? I'm 2mins away in Stapleford and the mechanic i use in Ilkeston recommended them to me for my Skyline but I never inquired further.

Another small addition inbound!

Have managed to secure myself a full Janspeed exhaust system (including branched manifolds) which aren't the easiest things to get hold of.

I appreciate exhaust volume and tone is totally subjective however, to my old ears they sound the nuts smile

Will be fitted within a month or so.

Exhaust collected and will be going on along with a PH2 gearbox as soon as SGM can get it booked in.....will also be having a new starter motor and air-con pump but they're by the by.
Always fancied some decent pics, plenty about but never felt many of them did it justice. A mate of a mate is useful with a camera and fancies getting in to automotive photography. Out with him last night and the results speak for themselves.

All works now completed.

The difference in the gearbox is very noticeable, ratios are better matched and the shorter throw feels much better.

Re the exhaust, there is no boom whatsoever in the car and on a light throttle it's reasonably quiet. However, on anything but a light throttle it bordering on the insane biggrin

KW have also updated their blog on the car from the one they did a couple of years ago.
