Jamie slightly off topic but a quick question, i know from the supra forum you used to own a monaro which was tuned, why did you go back to a supra after the monaro.

Am questioning whether to get a supra tt6 speed or a monaro vxr, just be interesting to hear your thought's having owned both.

Cheers tom
Monaro is a nice car but was to heavy and to slow for a toy, even when I had it supercharged it was not very quick.

For me, NOTHING comes close to a Supra.

This is absolutely mental! I have never commented on this thread but have taking a deep interest and often checking the thread for updates and I have to say it blows me away, the spec, the videos and the passion Jamie has for the car..

P.S: It sounds crazy!
Thanks Bob.

Got a new turbo on order, bit smaller this time.

On the GT42-76 i have now i have max'd out pump fuel, i cant run any more than 2.3bar boost

My plan is to go a bit smaller turbo so it spools faster, hopefully run more boost, Have the same sort of power but spooling far quicker for a nicer drive, if i lose a couple of hundred bhp i wont mind, Im just a bit bored of the spool time of the turbo on the car now.

Dont use the nitrous at all really, it does make it spool very quickly but i use this car a lot, I would get though a lot of nitrous.

New turbo should be here in a week or so, im still expecting it to do a 1000bhp but it should spool a lot quicker.

IMO its the best base supra, Black Pre facelift TT6 import, the facelift cars have a very weak rear end, much smaller diff, UK cars have cream interior and seem to suffer with rust from what ive seen.

What do you think of the new Borg warner EFR turbos Jamie?

Picked up some carbon door cards, the car is going back into SRD next week for a slight detune and changing the turbo to one a bit smaller, make it a bit more usable, i miss the faster spooling of the smaller turbos, still should be itro 900bhp.

Need a change, I'm going to break it for parts next weekend, got my eye on a few cars, most likely going to get a black GTR.

I just don't have time for it anymore, my business has grown and I'm super busy, I figure if I get a GTR at least I will be able to use it as a family car and still have a bit of a toy.
