Well the Trackday at Brands is Friday, Tomorrow is the last day we're free so we have to prep everything tomorrow :

- Mount fire extinguisher
- Get wheels balanced
- Top oil up
- Replace brake line support clips
- Tax it
- Clean it
- Screw number plates on
- Sort spare wheels out

Job done and ready for it's first outing smile

Cheers Melv.

Well yesterday was brilliant fun, very slippery for most of the day but it did dry up fully for the final 2 hours of the day. The stty Nankangs it is running were actually pretty good, me doing what I do best (doing hooligan slides) all day and Josh being smooth etc they looked like they had lost literally no tread depth at the end of the day hehe

Car performed brilliantly, quick enough to entertain, enough power to slide it and a great noise !

Anyway here's some videos of me in the car having a play biggrin

Very nice driving there chap, surprising how quickly these N/A 2.0 litre cars can be peddled around a track. Good work smile

Indeed. Shows how nice the 2's are on the limit when you get used to them.

Cheers, yeah they don't feel quick but if driven properly they do put in some good laps and surprise loads of cars on track.

Again this was the second time out probably 10 laps in the car at this point and I take the co owner of the car out in it (Mr Kovac) .... I succeeded in suitably scaring him hehe

You see towards the end of the video we have a play with and over take a 750MC Championship MR2 that was running on 888's biggrin

Clearly I am a driving GOD ! wink

Yep, but can you get rid of the rear view mirror so we can see better ahead?

Will put another extension on the camera next time to bring it a little lower.

Anyway... I'm jealous, and hate you quite a considerable amount.

So how does this partnership work?

hehe Not the first to hate me.... nor I imagine the last wink

Very well, Josh lives 10 mins from me and offers sensible opinions that oppose my adolescent idears etc.... sensible and irresponsible works very well. On the same wave length and know one an other can offord it if we do break the car or one of us writes it off which eases the mind a little in terms of being left out of pocket if the other person can't afford it.

We split everything (cost wise) down the middle, it just works very well.

What the video doesn't convey very well is me trying to talk a certain loon into not hoofing it out graham hill bend. Oh well, even I was grinning like a child with sweets at the end.

The whole deal with splitting the costs seems very sensible to me. Many things get cheaper too.
