I'm sad to see this thread come to an end, as i've really enjoyed following your journey. But also glad to hear it has gone to another PHer and the new car looks fantastic, congrats!

Did you ever find the problem why the car was stalling when coasting to a stop, iv had this same dramas with my 200sx

Yeah it was largely poor idle control setup on the ECU. There was a long intake tract between the throttlebody and the engine, so any attempts to control idle speed using the DBW throttle was just too laggy and slow.

By limiting how much involvement the throttle could have, and leaning more heavily in ignition timing corrections I was able to pretty much completely smooth this out.
