Apologies, I thought it was in the UK, where some people put that colour plates on new cars, I see that you are not.
I’m just curious why the forex plate, being a trader myself.

A productive day. Applied the taillight tints and fitted the LMI intake. Watching a few videos of the LMI intake online did have me questioning whether to fit it or not as the whine does seem very prominent but after fitting it, it is honestly bonkers. I don't know what part of the sound doesn't get conveyed in videos but it is a different sound to real life.
Once the exhaust is installed next week I'll try and get a few drive bys and see how it sounds from the outside.

Being based in QLD I would imagine most people seeing the plate will think of the locally made brew - Castlemaine XXXX!Cheers!
Love the car btw.
Congratulations.
I'm looking into the idea of installing the Demon supercharger to the trackhawk. From early research it seems it is a reasonably straightforward process as it's a direct replacement. New injectors would be needed along with a new tune to suit the bigger blades of the Demon blower. Apparently I can keep the stock pulley which would be a good benefit.

my new hero ^^^Attempted a few digs tonight and still experimenting with the best setting/s and managed this for the best of the night. The data is pretty accurate as guys in the states have reported their 1/4 mile results being within a tenth of what performance pages shows.
Definitely haven't perfected the launch, experiencing too much wheel hop and not spin. Should be a 3.3 in the car I think.

I've had the beast over a week now and covered 1,180km due in part to 3 trips to Brisbane which is very rare for me. I'd be lucky to do 1 trip a month usually.
Thanks to those motorway trips I'm hanging onto 12 MPG. I think once I settle into my normal routine I'll be on the wrong side of 10 very quickly, more like 7 MPG
The quest to find a tuning shop continues and so far absolutely zero luck. I must have contacted 10+ shops and only 2 have responded and both answered to the negative to working with a HEMI engine.
It won't stop me moving forward and I've ordered an interchiller which drops the IAT by a good 20-30 degrees and has been shown to increase power by 30-40 BHP before a tune.
It's a strange feeling, on any normal level the car has an insane amount of power and is stupidly quick already but my thirst for more power is growing and I've set my heart on creating a 10 second Trackhawk which I think would be the first in Australia.
